- You deserve to know there is NO RISK here. (You don’t even have to return a partially empty box of Gusto. Frankly, this is a common ploy others use because they know it is a hassle and many unsatisfied customers are simply too busy to “follow all the return instructions" for a refund. We find this an awful policy.)
- We’ve made it very easy. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- But please, put these words in the Subject line: GTG Refund Request.
- Be sure to give us your contact information so we know who you are and where to send your prompt refund. That’s it.
Frankly, we have no problems with this policy.
Your reason for requesting a refund would be nice to know, but is not required. We hope you agree this is very easy.
Our guarantee is not a 30, 60 or even 90 day guarantee. It is a Lifetime Guarantee! (This is when the other guy offers no guarantee. Do over-the-counter products typically offer any type of guarantee? Why not?)
